The Speech and Hearing Clinic is the training facility for the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences on the Pullman campus. The clinic provides screening, evaluation, and rehabilitative services for a broad range of communication problems.

Fees are charged for services; however, no one is denied services based on ability to pay.
Services Available
Evaluation: The clinic provides comprehensive evaluation for speech, language, and hearing, including prescription and fitting of hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Therapy: Examples for speech, language, and communication therapies include:
- Speech sound production errors.
- Childhood language delays.
- Stuttering.
- Voice problems.
- Speech, language, and perceptual deficits associated with hearing impairment.
- Speech and language problems resulting from brain injury or neuromuscular disability.
- Auditory processing disorders related to language/learning disabilities.
- Accent reduction (distance course).
- Cognitive retraining services.
Cognitive deficits include difficulty with attention, impulsivity, memory, problem solving, and organization.
