Minor in Speech and Hearing Sciences

A minor in speech and hearing sciences requires a minimum of 16 hours, at least half of which must be in upper division courses (excluding SHS 461 and 475). The minor will include:

  • SHS 205: Introduction to Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
  • SHS 371: Development of Speech and Language in Childhood
  • SHS 372: Hearing and Hearing Disorders
