Current and/or Anticipated Research

I am currently investigating the relationship between coupled human and ecological systems, specifically the U.S. militarized war on drugs, and its role in development and environmental outcomes in the Andes region. 

I am also investigating an international-level analyses of the role of nuclear energy and weapons in environmental destruction.
