The full registration fee includes two lunches, one reception, one traditional dinner, and refreshments at breaks.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
All registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Full payment is due prior to attendance at the event. Registrations must be completed (one registrant per form) with full payment by April 30, 2009.
Acceptable methods of payment for registration are credit cards (VISA and MasterCard only), checks, money orders, or Interdepartmental Requisition and Invoice (IRI—WSU participants only).
Registration
Participants may register by printing the registration form and sending your credit card information, check, or money order to the address listed on the registration form. We do not have a secure Web site for online submission of credit card information. We can only accept credit card payments from VISA and MasterCard accounts.
Your registration is considered complete ONLY after receipt of full payment by April 30, 2009.
Students and employees of Washington State University, whose registration payments are being processed by their department, should register by submitting an Interdepartmental Requisition and Invoice (IRI) through your department budget person.
Confirmation Policy
Your registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Incomplete registration forms will not be processed and a confirmation number will not be assigned until payment has been received.
DO NOT mail/fax/e-mail a duplicate registration as a follow-up to an already submitted registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing/by e-mail or by telephone and received by April 30, 2009. Cancellation requests will be subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellations after the deadline date or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee. No partial refunds for functions not attended will be made.
Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Partial or full fees that have been forfeited will not be applied to subsequent events.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions will be allowed at any time. Please e-mail or telephone requests.
