David Snider teaches jazz bass, combos and jazz history, and performs with the faculty group Jazz Northwest. For over twenty years, he directed groups in the US Air Force and performed all over the world. He has performed with many of the greats including Jon Faddis, Gabe Baltazar and Marvin Stamm and has received first-place awards as a bassist and composer at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival.
