Scheduling Policy
Bryan Hall Theatre and Kimbrough Concert Hall performance facilities are maintained and operated by the School of Music. Priority is given to scheduling of School of Music events.
The demands for facilities are so great that scheduling is limited. Further, the availability of qualified staff is also very limited and can prevent scheduling an event even if the space is open. Dates must be reserved at least four weeks in advance (the schedule of Music events and university classes tend to be fixed at least a semester, and usually a year in advance). A rental fee will be charged by the University as established by Facilities Operations for any revenue generating or non-WSU event.
Those reserving facilities must complete a Reservation Request Form specific to venue. Forms may be completed instantly online or downloaded to complete manually. Charges are incurred for non-School of Music users. An Estimate of Charges will be generated upon receipt of your request.

WSU departments and WSU groups must have the user's authorized budget signature, a program, budget and project number BEFORE their request is accepted.
Sponsors of events will be financially responsible for all required fees. Each group is responsible for damage or loss to the facilities.
Events that cancel without notifying the Performing Arts Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the $75.00 scheduling fee.
