Scheduling of Fees
As originated by the Bryan Hall Advisory Committee and as revised and administered since 1989 by the School of Music. Scheduling this facility may involve a billing from both the WSU Facilities Operations and Bryan Hall Service Center.
FACILITY FEES BILLED FROM PHYSICAL PLANT
Facility Rental Fee:
- Bryan Hall Theatre $56/day
- Kimbrough Concert Hall $35/day
These rates are full-day rates. A 50% reduction of rates will apply to events scheduled for 3 hours of less. Fees are waived for University-oriented functions when revenue is not generated and the function involves either faculty, staff or students. Additional charges for special custodial setups and cleanups will be at existing custodial recharge rate.
PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, & MATERIAL FEES BILLED FROM BRYAN HALL SERVICE CENTER*
- Scheduling Fee for all events: $75 (Please note this fee will be charged for events that cancel, but do not notify the facility)
- Basic Audio Reinforcement: $50 (Base rate, house system, lectern and microphone included)
- Additional Audio Reinforcement: $75 (portable system: price includes amps, eq, monitors, microphones, stand and cable. Bi-amp 16 channel mixer in Bryan Hall Theatre, Mackie 24 channel mixer in Kimbrough Concert Hall)
- Stage Lighting: $50 (General Stage Lighting; lamp charge)
- Gel Replacement Fee: $50 (For color wash and special requests)
- Central Administration Charge: 6% of total bill
- Stage Manager: N/A ($34.50 Premium Pay/overtime)
- Teaching Assistants: N/A
- Technical Assistants III: $12.00/hr
- Technical Assistants II: $11.00/hr
- Technical Assistants I: $10.00/hr
