This information is made available online for students and faculty of the School of Music for Required Curricular Performances. Printed copies of these forms may be requested at any time.
Concert Program Information (concertproginfo.doc)
in Microsoft Word Format, this form may be downloaded, completed, saved as emailed as an attachment to carlsons@wsu.edu. Please name saved documents with concert and performance date!
The main office will copy Ensemble and Music Faculty Artist Series programs for distribution at our concerts. Please deliver copy-ready program information to the main office 48 hours prior to your event. Solo Faculty and Student recital programs will be the responsibility of the performer.
These forms may be printed from your computer, completed by hand and returned to Sandra Carlson's mailbox, Kimbrough room 260.

Please submit at least two weeks prior to performance.
