This information is made available online for students and faculty of the School of Music for Required Curricular Performances. Printed copies of these forms may be requested at any time.
Fall 2013 brings new online paperwork procedure to performances at the School of Music.
ALL paperwork will be submitted online.
Your electronic entry will be used to create production paperwork, press release,
a PDF program draft and the archival recording CD cover.
Provide all details of performance including
performer information, full composer details, timings,
program notes and press information.
REMEMBER TO OPEN THE FORM IN ADOBE.
If you experience any issues with SUBMITing the pdf or Set Ups,
you may SAVE AS and email the files to email@example.com as attachments.
The main office will copy Ensemble and Music Faculty Artist Series programs for distribution at concerts. A pdf draft of your prgram will be created via the online Concert Information procedure. Editiing and approval of the program should be completed 3 days prior to your event.
Solo Faculty and Student recital programs copying will be the responsibility of the performer.
