Faculty from WSU and guests from the University of Idaho. Chamber music was a much-loved aspect of musical life in the early Romantic period. This evening's concert presents Octets from two of the most important composers from this era: Felix Mendelssohn and Franz Schubert.

Experience the musical talents of the WSU students in the exciting showcase of our 5 varied choral ensembles in the School of Music.
Performances of Concert Choir, Madrigal Singers, University Singers, Opera Workshop, and VoJazz in one evening concert will certainly lift your hearts, encourage tapping of the toes, and delight your eyes and ears. Students in these ensembles represent many different majors across the campus who are strongly committed to maintaining music performance in their busy schedules.
Tickets are $10 for general admission, $5 for senior citizens and students, and free for children under 12 and will be available for advance purchase on Nov. 10, 12, and 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Kimbrough Hall lobby and at the door the night of the event beginning at 5:30 p.m.
