Undergraduate Advising
Advisors Sisouvanh Keopanapay and Mary Ohnemus are available to help undergraduate students majoring--or planning to major--in Criminal justice and criminology. Students are encouraged to come in for advising as soon as they know they want to major in criminal justice and criminology. Ms. Keopanapay and Ms. Ohnemus provide guidance that includes degree planning, course selection, satisfying UCORE (general graduation) requirements and course load management.
Ms. Keopananpy advises certified majors and students seeking their second bachelor degree. She may be reached via email at siskeo@wsu.edu, by

Ms. Ohnemus advises non-certified majors, minors and second major students. She may be reached via email at mohnemus@wsu.edu, by phone at 509-335-5467, or in person at Johnson Tower 701b for advising.
No appointment is necessary during office hours, except during pre-regsitration periods (beginning of October to mid-November and beginning of March to mid-April). During the pre-registration advising period, you will need to sign up for an appointment time to see an advisor. Appointment sign-up sheets for Ms. Keopanapay will be posted on a wall outside her office at Johnson Tower 726; appointment sign-up sheets for Ms. Ohnemus will be in a binder in Johnson Tower 701 during those advising periods.
