Kirsten Dyck

Ph.D. Candidate, American Studies

Kirsten is currently a Fulbright scholar in Germany.

She received her M.A. in ethnomusicology and musicology at York University, Toronto.

Her research interests include interactions of race, music, and society (particularly white-supremacist rock music, country music, and American roots music); popular culture; nationalism and nation-building; and genocide.
